Opening hours
We are open Monday to Friday
Morning session 8am to 1pm
Afternoon session 1pm to 6pm*
*Close at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
The kindergarten is open all year round, only closing on Public Holidays. The fees shown are applicable throughout 2010 and include all meals. Other care is available by prior arrangement

Fees are payable one month in advance on the first of the month. We do not charge for Public Holidays. Fees are increased yearly from the 1st January. Full-time children receive a discount of 5%. We can arrange a fixed monthly fee for your convenience, which can be paid by Standing Order. Extra sessions booked will incur a £1 administration charge.
There is a late payment surcharge of 10% or £15, whichever is the greater, on accounts not cleared by the 1st of the month. Please also note any childcare vouchers should also clear by the 1st of the month. There is also a late collection surcharge of £15 for each quarter of an hour period for each child collected after the session end.
A deposit equal to two weeks’ fees is payable upon registration. This is refunded following payment of your last invoice. Deposits are non-refundable if your child does not attend the kindergarten without the required notice period being given.
Holidays
Two weeks’ holiday allowance is given, provided we receive four weeks’ notice. Holidays should be booked in full weeks and can be taken between January and December. All holidays are calculated pro rata if your child starts or leaves within the year. We reserve the right to take back any overpaid holiday where children leave during the year. Fees are payable during all other absences, including illness.
Notice period
Two months’ notice in writing is required when leaving the nursery and one month’s notice in writing for reduction in sessions.
