We are open Monday to Friday

Morning Session 8am to 1pm
Afternoon Session 1pm to 6pm

The nursery is open all year round, only closing on Public Holidays.

Snowdrops £28.75 per session

Bluebells £27.75 per session

Sunflowers £26.50 per session

Attendance Options

Lavender Hall are pleased to offer two attendance options:

52 weeks per year, with a two week holiday allowance

Or

Term Time only, no attendance during school holidays and no annual holiday allowance.

Please note that local school holidays may differ slightly from Early Years Grant Funding term dates.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any other hours, as we would like to be flexible to accommodate your families needs if we can.

Funded places for two, three and four year olds are available.   Two year old funding is subject to eligibility. Please contact the kindergarten for more information.

Universal 15 hour Early Education Grant Funding is available for children the term after their 3rd birthday. Each child has an entitlement of 15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, free of charge.  Additionally, eligible parents may also use their additional 15 hours funding per week, against any of our sessions.  All funded sessions are offered in line with the flexible arrangements as specified by the Government.  When you register your child for their funded place, we will discuss your needs and, as far as possible with availability and staffing arrangements, we will accommodate your wishes.

Please note that fully funded sessions do not include meals.  Meals are charged as follows:

Breakfast £1.50, Lunch £3.50 Tea £2.50 - packed meals may be sent in if preferred.

Buttercups Before & After School Club please call for prices. Other care is available by prior arrangement.

Data Protection Statement

Lavender Hall Kindergarten is committed to data protection and data privacy. With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becoming enforceable on the 25th May 2018, we have undertaken a GDPR readiness programme to review our entire company, the way we handle data and the way in which we use it to provide our services.

Lavender Hall Kindergarten has designated Group Data Protection Officers who oversee our information governance practices and coordinates the Group's efforts to ensure we continue to manage personal data in the way our clients expect.

Here at Lavender Hall we are fully committed to the principles of data protection and to safeguarding our data and that of our clients - as such we pledge that we shall be fully prepared for GDPR and that we will exceed our clients' expectations before GDPR is enforced.

Fees are payable one month in advance on the first of the month, this includes any childcare voucher payments.  We do not charge for Public Holidays. There is a surcharge for late payments of £15 or 10% whichever is greatest.  Fees are increased yearly from 1st January.  Full-time children receive a discount of 5%.

A surcharge of £15 for each quarter of an hour per child is charged on late pick up of children.

A deposit equal to two weeks’ fees is payable upon registration.  This is refunded shortly after the child leaves the nursery.

Holidays

Two weeks’ holiday allowance is given, this is pro-rata should you start within the year. Holiday allowance will be deducted from the relevant invoice provided that four weeks’ notice has been given.  Fees are payable during all other absences, including illness. Funded days do not attract holiday.

Christmas Period

We will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.  The nursery is open between Christmas and New Year.

Nursery Closure

If the Nursery is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, power cut, heating failure etc. fees are still payable. The nursery will be closed at the Principal’s discretion.

Notice Period

Two months’ notice is required when leaving the nursery, and one month when permanently changing sessions.  If this is not given fees will be charged in lieu.
